Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Cazira.ai (“Cazira”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

Cazira provides a modular AI business platform, which may include AI assistants, voice, website generation, workflow automation, CRM, analytics, and related capabilities. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• attempt to bypass security controls or access another tenant’s data;
• reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product or model;
• upload malicious code, or generate abusive, deceptive, or illegal content.

Paid plans and optional add-on modules are billed for the cycle you select, plus applicable taxes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect according to your plan settings.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI features route requests through our model gateway to selected AI providers acting as processors. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service can connect to third-party tools and providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Cazira or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cazira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited as set out in your order or plan.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and Customer Data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy and any data-retention settings.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and continued use constitutes acceptance. The governing law and jurisdiction will be specified here for your operating entity and should be confirmed with counsel.
